Order Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, our warehouse requires 1-2 business days to process your order (this does not include weekends, holidays, or pre-sale items).

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (USA)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note that the total delivery time is the processing time + shipping time.

We offer the following options for shipping within the USA:

Fast Shipping (Free): Your package will be delivered within 3-4 days 

Fastest Shipping ($19.9 USD): Your package will be delivered within 2-3 days

 

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our Customer Service Center at service@rolloy.com.

NOTE: If you do not see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! There may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the time of departure until the shipper's first scan at a destination point.

 

Address Requirements

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including specific details such as street number and apartment/building number, to prevent delivery issues.

 

Shipping Address Limitations

We cannot ensure safe delivery to the following addresses and currently do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes in any country.

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Non-continental European countries (typically islands and territories affiliated with European countries).

 

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect shipping address, contact number, or recipient's name. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.

If you realize your order information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@rolloy.com with your order number and the correct information before the order is shipped.

Please note that in some cases, you may need to pick up your package from your regional post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
