• How heavy is it? Can I lift it into a car myself?

  Great question. We designed it to be as lightweight as possible.

  The rolloy weighs just 17 lbs.We know lifting it is a key consideration. Its compact, foldable design makes it easier to handle than bulky, older models.

• How do I choose the right size for me? Standard or Extra Wide ?

  Getting the perfect fit is the most important step! We want you to be comfortable and safe. Here’s a simple guide to choosing between our Standard and Extra Wide models.

  Choose the Standard Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 25 inches or wider. (The Standard model is 24" wide).
  • Your Weight: Under 300 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 31" to 39".
  • Your Hip Width: Is around 16-17 inches. (The seat is 18" wide).

  Choose the Extra Wide Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 27 inches or wider. (The Wide model is 26" wide).
  • Your Weight: Under 400 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 32" to 40".
  • Your Hip Width: Is around 17-18 inches. (The seat is 19" wide).

  • Our Standard Model is 24 inches wide, designed to easily pass through most standard interior doorways.
