  The new 2026 model will officially be released on February 11 (Pacific Time). The key improvement is a redesigned unlock lever, which has been moved from a strap on the seat to two hidden levers under the seat. This safety-focused update helps prevent the unlock mechanism from being touched or released accidentally during daily use.

• How heavy is it? Can I lift it into a car myself?

  Great question. We designed it to be as lightweight as possible.

  The rolloy weighs just 17 lbs.We know lifting it is a key consideration. Its compact, foldable design makes it easier to handle than bulky, older models.

• How do I choose the right size for me? Standard or Extra Wide ?

  Here’s a simple guide to choosing between our Standard and Wide models.

  Choose the Standard Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 25 inches or wider. Your Weight: Under 300 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 31" to 39". Your Hip Width: Is around 16-17 inches. (The seat is 18" wide).

  Choose the Extra Wide Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 27 inches or wider. Your Weight: Under 400 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 32" to 40".Your Hip Width: Is around 17-18 inches.
  • Quick Tip: To find the right seat size, measure your hips while sitting, then add an inch or two for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
• Will it fit through my doorways?

  That's a very smart question to ask. Let's make sure you can move freely around your home.

  • Our Standard Model is 24 inches wide, designed to easily pass through most standard interior doorways.
  • Our Extra Wide Model is 27 inches wide, so it needs doorways that are at least 28 inches wide to pass through comfortably.

  Here's a quick tip: Grab a tape measure and check the width of your narrowest doorways, especially for rooms like the bathroom or a hallway. This simple check ensures you choose a rollator that won't limit you at home.

  The seat is designed for comfortable rests whenever you need one. It's made of a strong, yet breathable nylon that provides firm support and stays comfortable even on warmer days.To ensure a comfortable fit:

  • The Standard Model has an 18-inch wide seat.
  • The Extra Wide Model has a 19-inch wide seat.

  For the best fit, we suggest measuring your hip width while seated and adding an inch or two. This ensures you have room to sit comfortably without feeling squeezed.

• If I order today, when will it arrive?

  We ship orders out very quickly!Here’s what you can expect:
