At Rolloy, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable mobility products. All Rolloy Rollator and Walker products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use. However, the standard warranty only covers quality-related issues and does not cover accidental damage.

This Product Protection Plan, offers additional coverage for situations not included in the standard warranty.

What the Standard Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Quality-related component failures under normal use

What the Standard Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse or improper use
• Damage during transportation or travel
• Damage caused by external impact or other unexpected events
• Any non-quality-related damage

What This Protection Plan Covers

With this protection plan, eligible incidents may include:

• Accidental damage during daily use
• Damage caused by drops or impacts during transportation
• Other non-manufacturing related damage

Depending on the situation, the protection plan may provide replacement parts or full product compensation beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Important

If you wish to purchase this protection plan after receiving your rollator or walker, it must be purchased within 60 days of your original order date. Any protection plan purchased after 60 days will be considered invalid. This protection plan is available for all Rolloy Rollator and Walker models.
