Warranty Policy

At Rolloy, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable products. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy.

1. Warranty Period

All Rolloy Rollator and Walker products come with a 1-year limited warranty.The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

 

2. Warranty Coverage (Free Replacement Parts)

During the warranty period, if a product fails due to manufacturing defects or product quality issues under normal use, we will provide free replacement parts. Common replaceable parts include, but are not limited to:

Storage bag, Backrest, Height adjustment buttons, Folding Buckle, Screws, bolts, or other fastening hardware

Once the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will ship the appropriate replacement parts free of charge. Customers may need to install the replacement parts themselves, or seek assistance from a local medical equipment service provider or bicycle repair shop if needed.

 

3. Accidental Damage and Transportation Damage

The following situations are not covered under the standard product warranty:

  • Damage caused during airline travel or transportation
  • Damage caused by impact, compression, or accidental events
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This includes consumable parts such as wheels, walker skis, and other components that may naturally wear down over time with regular use.

If the product is damaged due to transportation or accidental situations during use, we recommend purchasing the Product Protection Plan available on our website.

With the Product Protection Plan:

  • Accidental damage may qualify for free replacement parts
  • If the product cannot be repaired through replacement parts, we will provide a full product replacement

If the Protection Plan was not purchased, these types of damages are not covered under warranty. However, replacement parts may still be purchased from our website.

 

4. Accessories Warranty

Accessories purchased separately from our website do not include a warranty period. These accessories include, but are not limited to: Wheels, Storage bags, Backrests, Walker skis. And other accessory add-ons. Replacement accessories can be purchased directly from our website if needed.

 

5. Extended Warranty

Customers may choose to purchase an Extended Warranty. With the extended warranty plan, the total warranty coverage can be extended up to 3 years from the delivery date. The extended warranty may be refunded within 60 days of the product delivery date. Additional terms and conditions may apply as described on our website.

 

6. Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please contact the Rolloy customer support team and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

7. Applicability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Rolloy reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage based on the information provided. Rolloy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
