“I received the rollator in about a week. Pulled it out of the box and unfolded it. It was a little stiff at first so I applied some of the lubricant and it worked much better. I love the upright, small footprint design since I'm a tall man with adjustable height handles and doesn't take up much space unfolded. In a restaurant folded it up and placed it against the wall out way. I can easily lift it into and out of my suv for transporting. It's perfect for me and I feel very secure now walking with it.”
“I love my Rolloy. I had stopped feeling safe walking outside because of the sort of rough terrain where I live. I took it with me when I took my physical therapy. My therapist said let's walk outside. The stability was great. It will allow me more freedom that I have not felt in over two years. I use Lyft quite frequently. All the drivers love it. I want forget to say how easy it was to get out of the box and start using. I live on the forth floor of my apartment building. I picked up the box and put it on my old walker and bought it upstairs. It was not heavy. I have only had it a few days. I feel like I could go on and on about this product. It took about a week for me to receive it. I am a woman in my mid 70s. I weight 125 lbs.”

“First, I'm very satisfied that I purchased the Rolloy Rollator to supplement one that I already have that is heavier and cumbersome for storage. I find the Rolloy to be as advertised in being easy to use, and specifically, the compactness. My previous rollator is heavy and takes up most of my auto's trunk space....the Rolloy is much lighter and only takes up a quarter of the space. Note: Although it's not Rolloy's fault, if I adjust the handles too high, and I sit down in it, I can't use my arms and hands to assist me in getting back up. People needing their arms to assist them in getting up should know this and keep the handles in the low position when sitting. I'm glad I got it.”
